The team at Cadia are seeking a Warehouse Operator/Delivery Driver to join their team!

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Central West, NSW. The hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials, checking for accuracy and verifying the condition of the items. 

• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and logged in the inventory management system.

• Deliver products to customers in the orange area with timeliness and care, ensuring all items arrive in excellent condition.

• Interact with customers in a professional, helpful manner, providing outstanding service.

• Safely and efficiently store goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse.

• Pick and pack orders based on customer requests or internal requisitions.

• Regularly update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, stock movement, and expiration dates (if applicable). 

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.

• Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in warehousing and/or distribution

• Forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable

• A valid C class license is required.

• Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.

• Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Well organised with a proactive approach

• Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team
