Warehouse Operator

The team at Cadia are seeking a Warehouse Operator/Delivery Driver to join their team!
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Central West, NSW. The hours are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials, checking for accuracy and verifying the condition of the items.
Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and logged in the inventory management system.
Deliver products to customers in the orange area with timeliness and care, ensuring all items arrive in excellent condition.
Interact with customers in a professional, helpful manner, providing outstanding service.
Safely and efficiently store goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
Pick and pack orders based on customer requests or internal requisitions.
Regularly update and maintain inventory records, including stock levels, stock movement, and expiration dates (if applicable).
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols.
Requirements
1+ years' experience in warehousing and/or distribution
Forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable
A valid C class license is required.
Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.
Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.
Team player with a positive attitude
Well organised with a proactive approach
Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team
