Are you a driven sales professional who loves building relationships, growing markets, and winning new business? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a key region, drive revenue, and help take our business to the next level.
About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing your region, generating new opportunities, and delivering strong revenue and gross profit results. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to build long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow your region, delivering revenue and GP targets
Generate leads and drive new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Develop and execute a regional business plan
Provide WOW customer service at every interaction
Use strong product and industry knowledge to support customers and grow sales
Identify market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives
Track and report sales activities and performance

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong planning, organisation, and account management abilities
