About the Role
This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence regional growth and help expand Cadia’s national footprint. In this full-time, Monday to Friday position, as a Business Development Manager you’ll develop your region - North QLD with a southern boundary of Gladstone, Emerald, Blackall, Longreach and Mt Isa, generate new opportunities, and deliver strong revenue and gross profit results while building long-term partnerships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your region and drive growth, delivering revenue and GP targets while executing a clear regional business plan
Generate leads and drive new business opportunities to expand your customer base
Build and grow long-term partnerships with key customers and decision-makers, delivering WOW service every time
Leverage product knowledge and market insights to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, track and report on sales activity to continuously improve performance
Requirements
Proven sales experience with a strong focus on business development and growth
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent planning, organisation, and account management capability
Confident in qualifying opportunities and progressing sales conversations
Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a collaborative team player
