And now, our team is looking for a Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver to jump on board at our new Toowoomba branch.

About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with a 8am start, as a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be right at the heart of our operation — making sure products arrive safely, orders get out the door on time and our customers get the great service Cadia is known for.
No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently. You will also be required to deliver goods to customers.
Responsibilities
Receive, check and unload incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition.
Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse and maintain organised inventory locations.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and stocktakes.
Operate counterbalance & high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading/unloading trucks and containers.
Deliver goods to customer sites.
Requirements
2+ years previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
A current Forklift Licence, with experience operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
A valid driver's license is required.
Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Great organisation skills, reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.
A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn, grow and contribute.
The ability to roll up your sleeves and get things moving!
