And now, our team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to jump on board at our new Toowoomba branch and be at the heart of delivering great customer experiences
About the Role
In this full-time, Monday to Friday role (8am–4pm), you’ll be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for our customers—helping with enquiries, providing expert product advice, processing orders, preparing quotes and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll build strong customer relationships, follow up sales opportunities and work closely with our sales and operations teams to make sure every order and customer experience runs smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to build your product knowledge, sharpen your sales skills and make a real impact as part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, account development and outbound sales activity.
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage sales opportunities using EXO and other business systems.
Provide product advice and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support customer needs and business growth.
Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment and great customer outcomes.
Assist the warehouse team in operational tasks when required.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in customer service, including inbound and outbound calls and upselling.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and account management capability
Confident in qualifying opportunities and progressing sales conversations
Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a collaborative team player
