Warehouse Coordinator
Lead our new warehouse from day one—build a high-performing team, drive safe and efficient operations, and play a key role in delivering great outcomes for our customers.
Are you an energetic, hands-on person who enjoys keeping things moving?
About Cadia
Cadia is a growing, customer-focused business helping keep Australia’s plumbing and water management industries moving. From our roots in Orange, NSW, we’ve built a strong national reputation for quality products, reliable service and genuine customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for people who want to roll up their sleeves, make an impact and be part of something bigger. Backed by Jaybro Group, you’ll have the support of a national organisation while enjoying the close-knit culture of a team where your contribution is valued and there’s plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and build your career.
And now, our team is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to lead operations at our new Toowoomba branch.
About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role as a Warehouse Coordinator, where you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations—coordinating warehouse activities, managing dispatch and logistics, and making sure customer orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.
No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping the warehouse running safely, efficiently and smoothly, while coordinating deliveries, including stock transfers to remote depots. You’ll also take ownership of HSEQ and facility management, ensuring our warehouse meets the highest standards of safety, compliance and presentation.
We move fast, think big and keep it simple—and we’re looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership, keep things moving and make a real impact.

Coordinate freight, logistics, plant, equipment and facilities, ensuring operations remain safe, compliant and running smoothly.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, using operational insights and reporting to improve processes, efficiency and overall warehouse performance.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in leading warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of receiving, dispatch, inventory and logistics coordination.
Current Forklift Licence with demonstrated experience and confidence operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Safety-first mindset with a demonstrated commitment to HSEQ standards, proactive problem-solving and sound decision-making.
Highly organised and systems-savvy, with experience using ERP systems and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
